2010 Emmy Nomination!

We are happy to announce that we have received a 2010 Emmy nomination from the Heartland Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. This is our fifth nod in the past six years.

This year, our healthy-eating story for Western Dairy Association caught the eyes of the judges in the informational feature category. This entry titled “Pizza Day – A Win-Win For Everybody” highlights a groundbreaking partnership between Colorado’s St. Vrain School District, the USDA, and Dominos’ Pizza.  Together, they serve nutritious, low-fat pizzas to students as a part of the school lunch program. The partnership also supports local businesses which helps the area economy and keeps the costs low.

The creative team on the nomination includes the WDA’s Tami Anderson (Senior Producer) and Erin Johnson (Creative Director) as well as Scott Takeda (Director/Writer), Dan Dvorak (Director of Photography), and Brock Sherman (Art Director).
