Takeda Entertainment’s Buick GMC Project Expands

It’s nice to be in demand. With one month of shooting behind us, we begin a second month of shooting for an ongoing series of “Best Practice” films for Buick GMC. This time, we’re producing an additional three corporate documentaries, telling the stories of successful dealerships around the country. In total, Takeda Entertainment will produce six films that will premiere later this fall on a multi-city tour.

“At this point, we’re a well-oiled machine,” said director Lori Kay Allred. “It’s been a fast turnaround for the first order of films, and this ongoing series is no different. However I’m incredibly pleased with our storytelling. Even with the fast-turn, we’re producing smart and compelling stories that engage the viewer.”

Still leading the creative group are the agency people from BI Worldwide’s Detroit Office: Executive Producer Dawn Martin, co-executive producer/creative director Meggan Pope, associate producer Dayna Recchia, and production manager Nancy Lockhart. On the TEI side are Scott Takeda (director/producer), Allred (director/writer), Dave Dawson, Ben McCoy and Brian Tiell (cinematographers), Tom Abrams and Jason Pawlak (field audio), Brock Sherman (art director), Brandon Russell and Ryan Welborn (editors), and Zlatko Makic (post audio).
