TEI Shoots short film at six flags in Texas
Our crews are just getting back after a week long shoot in Texas. We were filming a short film that will be used as a meeting open for KCI – a world-leading medical technology company headquartered in San Antonio.
“We had a blast working with their folks,” said director Scott Takeda. “Our storytelling goal was to introduce some of the main themes for the meeting. However the executives at KCI love being creative and participating in their company’s productions. That gave us the idea to shoot a short narrative film using KCI’s executives as our on-camera actors. I tell you, they were very good.”
Our shoots included scenes at KCI’s executive headquarters as well as locations around San Antonio (including the Six Flags amusement park).
Leading the creative team were Pat Skelly (executive director) and John Penzien (creative director) from BI Worldwide. The rest of the team included Lori Allred (writer), Takeda (director), Guy Hernandez (cinematographer), Chris Montefiore (field audio), Pete Delgado (grip), Nicholas Barker (production manager), Brock Sherman (editor), and Zlatko Makic (post audio).
